I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions since it opened. The accommodation is good and the the staff are helpful and friendly.The location of the hotel is excellent, lots of local places to eat close by, you may need it, see below.

I live in Fortaleza and it is not a city that you come to for a culinary delight. That being said the food served in the hotel via Room Service was particularly unappetising. Presented well, but tough meat, rubbery fish, frozen (?) vegetables. We used to eat in the restaurant most Sundays several years ago, but the food became worse each week, so we stopped. eat out!!

Room service was poor. Smoking rooms were smelling bad. No curtains available to darken the room during daylight.Too bad to wake up at 5 each morning with the sunlight straight in your face.

The room offered amazing views of the surrounding area.

The price was exorbitant compared to similar options on the same street, nearly half the cost! I found it unacceptable that the amenities did not match the high cost, leaving me feeling cheated. I expected much more for what I paid over the two nights.

Room had recently been refurbished and as a result the safe was missing and the door was not locking properly.

The service was excellent.

The room was tiny. I felt like a prison cell. We left the hotel in the end. The breakfast was also very basic.

Just a fitting option for a trip in Fortaleza with great value for the money. The breakfast included fresh local fruits that I really enjoyed. Make sure to check for local events to make the most of your visit.

I would like to know during Check In that the compact studios at column 07 have no sea view. I preferred to change to a larger room at column 02 with a nice view. There is no bar to relax and have a drink neither at the lobby nor at the compact swimming pool. Limited leisure area.

Location

A poor experience at checkout left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience at Quality Hotel. The room I had was extremely small and not worth the money.

The service in english was good. Still the room we ordered was in the size of a shoe box.
